Jacks or Better, 9/6 full pay. Set your bet, DEAL, pick which cards to keep, DRAW. A pair of jacks or higher pays — the rarer the hand, the bigger the payout (press P for the full paytable). Winning cards lift and glow; the rest dim. Tap a card to hold it, or drag across several to hold them in one swipe. The ☰ menu holds the rest: sound, theme, deck styles in light or dark stock, play options (swipe-to-hold, tap-to-draw, auto deal, fast deal), and the score race. COACH is experimental: after each draw it checks your hold against the mathematically best play and floats the verdict across the felt.
Joker mode. The JACKS / JOKER switch under the title picks the game. In Joker Poker five wild jokers join the deck: each stands in for whatever helps most, five of a kind and wild royals join the paytable, and it takes a pair of kings to pay. Each game keeps its own score and its own daily board. Switch any time between hands (M works too).
Daily board. Your score starts at 0 each day: wins push it up, losses pull it back, and it never drops below zero. The highest score you reach posts under your name. Everything resets at midnight ET, and a name belongs to whoever uses it first that day — if someone beat you to yours, pick another. Blank name = unranked. The board also calls out the best hand anyone has hit today.
Score race. The dotted line (beside the felt on desktop, above the buttons on phones) is today's field: one dot per player, you in gold. Hover or tap a dot for the name, or hit NAMES to pin every tag open. The small LIVE / BEST toggle flips it between current meters — dots move as people play — and daily best scores, where the top three wear gold, silver, and bronze. Turn the whole thing off in the ☰ menu.
Auto deal (in the ☰ menu, or press A) deals the next hand a moment after one ends.
House rules. The cards are dealt in your browser and the house trusts you. Please don't cheat, or I'll have to make dealing server-side, and neither of us wants that.
